Shipping: We ship within the continental United States via USPS Priority Mail /FedEx and UPS. We also ship internationally via USPS Global Express. International buyers are welcome. Canada has a special shipping section. Please note that import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the package recipient. Li'l Britchin' Post includes an accurate invoice and customs form with each order and will not accept returns based on duty/tax cost.
Tracking an order: You will be notified via e-mail once your order ships. You may log in to our site at any time to check the status of your order.
Returns and Exchanges: We love our customers to be satisfied and shop with us worry free. Should you need to return an item, you may do so within 10 days of receipt subject to the following terms: Merchandise must be New and Unused with tags still attached. Merchandise is considered to be on sale up to 30% off and is able to be exchanged only or a store credit can be issued for a future purchase! Any item 30% Off or more is considered to be a Clearance item and is therefore not able to be exchanged/refunded/or credited. It is a FINAL SALE.. NOTE: If the item purchased is returned after the 10 day policy, the credit will reflect the new price of the item (ex: if the item goes on sale and was originally $50 and has since been marked down to $40, your new credit is $40)
Please Note all Special order, Special Occasion Gowns by Macis Designs are nonreturnable and Clearance items Are Final Sale and are non returnable and non exchangeable. Please Note: Any item past season or items on sale that are marked down more than 30% off retail price is considered a clearance item!
Purchasing insurance is optional, but we are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the mail.

Preorders are taken before the items arrive from the manufacture. We require full payment on all preorders and these items will ship as soon as they arrive. If you order other merchandise along with your preorder no problem we will go ahead and ship those items right away, and ship the preordered items when they arrive. We do not accept returns on any preorders as we adjust our orders to make sure you get what you ordered, however if you would like to exchange an item you preordered for a different size we would be more than happy to do that if the same item is still in stock. The only time a refund will be given on a Preorder is if the manufacture fails to produce the item. Also Please note that when preordering an item the expected date is only an approximate date the items will arrive from the manufacture, and is not a guarantee.
Sales Tax: A sales tax of 8.25% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of New York.
Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Any information is used only to process your order. We will not share it with anyone for any reason. We collect email addresses and telephone numbers at checkout to help us keep in contact with you while your order is being processed. We also add you to our email list, because we know that you will want to know about sales and new arrivals. Not to worry - we don't want to send anything to you if you don't want it. Lil' Britchin Post is not responsible for any items once they have left our store, i.e., lost or damaged in the mail. Please check all items thoroughly before placing them on your child. We are not responsible for any manufacturing defect such as loose buttons or snaps that could be a harmful choking hazard to your child.
